We want you to feel comfortable booking. This page explains how to cancel or reschedule a consultation with Audiology by Mandy and when a refund is available. The specific timeframes below are examples for Mandy to confirm.
Rescheduling
Need a different time? You can reschedule at no charge if you let us know at least [24 hours] before your scheduled consultation, subject to availability. Use your confirmation email or contact info@audiologybymandy.com.
Cancellations and refunds
