These terms apply when you use this website or book a consultation with Audiology by Mandy. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What this service is — and is not
Audiology by Mandy provides educational guidance, explanations, and second opinions about hearing, hearing test results, and hearing aids. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for an in-person examination by a doctor, audiologist, or ENT specialist.
- No hearing test or clinical examination is performed remotely.
- Using this service does notcreate a clinical, doctor–patient, or other professional treatment relationship.
- You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions and should confirm any guidance with a clinician who can examine you in person.
Emergencies
Do not use this service for urgent or emergency concerns. If you have sudden hearing loss, ear pain, discharge or bleeding, dizziness or vertigo, or ringing in one ear only, contact your doctor or your local emergency service straight away.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book and pay for a consultation. If a consultation concerns a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Booking and payment
Consultations are offered at the price shown on the site (currently $120 per consultation). Payment is processed securely by Stripe and scheduling by Cal.com. Prices may change, but the price shown at the time you book is the price that applies to that booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No warranties
The service and all content on this site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the guidance will achieve any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiology by Mandy and [Mandy’s full legal / business name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation giving rise to the claim.

The content on this site, including articles and text, belongs to Audiology by Mandy and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
Governing law
